Republican political heavyweight, Congressman John Ellis, a very good friend to former President Of the United States, is running for re-election on a platform of fiscal responsibility. Ironically, his campaign is running out of money, while the company on which he serves as a board member, Fiber Tile Corporation, is also facing bankruptcy. Congressman Ellis projects wholesome American values but will do ANYTHING to save his company and his career. When Nigerian Oil Minister, Dimka Abimbola comes to him offering to deposit $100 million dollars of the Nigerian oil revenue in a bank account belonging to Fiber Tile Corporation, the temptation to steal the money is too great. Fearful that the Minister will discover the theft, Ellis orders Abimbola’s assassination, but not knowing the lengths to which the dead man’s son would go to avenge his Father’s death.
